Doug Van Dorn

Douglas Van Dorn (M.Div. Denver Seminary) is the author of Waters of Creation: A Biblical Theology of Baptism; Galatians: A Supernatural Justification; Giants: Sons of the Gods; Covenant Theology: A Reformed Baptist Primer; From the Shadows to the Savior: Christ in the Old Testament; and The Unseen Realm Q & A Companion. He has pastored the Reformed Baptist Church of Northern Colorado since 2002. He co-hosted the radio show Journey's End in 2011-12. He has served on the Administrative Council of the Association of Reformed Baptist Churches of America. He has been married to his extraordinary and beautiful wife Janelle since 1994. They have been blessed with four amazing girls and One gracious and loving God. He has climbed all 54 of Colorado's 14,000 ft. mountains and also Mt. Rainier in Washington and Mt. Shasta in California.

These days, when you throw “conspiracy theory” at someone, it is for one purpose—to be a thought-stopper and a discussion killer. But having this discussion grows more important by the day. People are engaging in “conspiracy theories” whether some want to admit it or not. Frankly, it is a discussion that needs to happen. This book is not about specific conspiracies, but rather is a serious look at the phrase from a definitional, historical, biblical, and Christian point of view. The main goal is to come to some helpful conclusions on how a Christian can remain sane in a world of conspiracy theories. And, we’ll have some fun along the way.
