Karen Wilkinson 
Karen Wilkinson is a marketing professional, yoga teacher and founder of Recovery Based Yoga. A former Sacramento resident, she now lives in Humboldt County, an area close to her heart as a Humboldt State University alumna and former journalist along the North Coast.
Karen is currently Marketing Director for Dell'Arte International, a school and company focused on ensemble-based physical theatre. Since the global pandemic hit, she's been offering online yoga classes, and hasn't stopped practicing. The path of yoga opened her to the steps of recovery, and both entwined have been instrumental in how her life continues to unfold.
