Answer 1:

Yes, our live feed will have restriction only those shows part of the Dark Vault Archive.

Answer 2:

If you go to the menu screen and click on “Shows” you’ll see a list of our shows on KCOR. Click on the show you want more information on and it will open. Next to each host name is their social media links and email they have provided to the network.

Answer 3:

To be a guest on a show reach out to the show host(s) directly via their “Show” page on our site. The network doesn’t book guests for any of our shows.

Answer 4:

You can listen on your phone by calling 641-741-0800 or just go to our site and click the listen live banner.

Answer 5:

Because of browser security settings the auto play feature might not work on your device. Just scroll down the live feed page and right below “Welcome To Our Live On-Air Portal” you will see our player. Just click the triangle play button in the middle. If the numbers to the bottom right are moving the player is working.

Answer 6:

You may cancel anytime buy cancelling your autopay in PayPal or send us an email at dark.vault.insider@kcorradio.com and put Cancelling in the subject line. We will need the account name used to create the account. Due to the large volume of members it could take up to 24 hours to cancel. Due to the nature of our archives there is no credit back for monthly or yearly memberships.

Answer 7:

Any show, page or file that is part of the Dark Vault Insider will give you a login request in order to access. You can also go to our “Archive” top menu tab and click “Main”. Once there scroll down a bit and click on the “FREE ARCHIVES” or “DARK VAULT INSIDER” tab. Shows are sorted automatically for you.

Answer 8:

You are allowed to download shows to your device, but not allowed to share them on YouTube or upload them to a website. Those sites found to violate these terms will have their account terminated from the Dark Vault Insider and legal means will be filed to have the content removed from those sites at the expense of those who have violated that agreement.

Answer 9:

We only allow one entry person for all our contest. Winners are excluded from entering again for the next year. Please check our all-inclusive contest rules by click here.

Answer 10:

Due to COVID-19 some items are being delayed with shipping. You should have received a tracking number once the item has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number email us at contact@kcorradio.com to confirm the order was received and the status of the order.

Answer 11:

Start by going to the “About” top menu tab followed by click “Hosting a Show”. If after reading that page you are still interested please reach out to the network either by calling 702-425-9230 or email us at contact@kcorradio to set up a time to do a conference call with our CEO Tina Marie Caouette.

Answer 12:

During our live shows you can post questions in our chatroom on the Live Page, you can send them in via text at 702-425-9230 or call that same number to be an on-air caller. You can also send us direct questions via our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages. Those outside the use who would like to call into the show may contact with us on Skype at kcorradio. Once connected you can either call into the shows with questions or send a message to us via Skype. You can also send us an email during the show via our website or directly at contact@kcorradio.com

Answer 13:

Due to the large files of our two hour shows it might take time to buffer the show if on a phone. On a computer you can try clearing your browser cache. The same with your phone. Or download it directly to your device.

Answer 14:

When you go to our Listen Live page you are automatically in the chatroom. To leave a comment go to the bottom area that says “Type a Message”. When you type your first message a pop screen will ask how to login. If you login as a guest you just need to enter a name, any name. This allows people to be anonymous. If you want a picture to appear next to your name you need to login using either Facebook or Twitter. Enter your login information and whatever profile picture you have will then be used as your avatar.

Answer 15:

When purchasing through our store or a Dark Vault Insider Membership all transactions are done securely through PayPal. The network has no access to that information. When creating accounts for the Dark Vault Insider or our Chatroom the network only has access to the name you have used to create the account. Passwords are saved on the server side but the network has no access to them. For additional information on we suggest you check out our Privacy Policy page.
