Genetically engineered by Japanese scientists in 1952 to be a super soldier, and delivered through his surrogate mother on March 2, 1953 at Samson Air Force Base (now a closed US AFB but, still an open US Undersea Naval Base), Dan Cooper was born into one of the US Military's Secret Space Programs (SSPs). From 1955 to 1970, before he was deployed from Earth, he was trained by Japanese and Shaolin sword fighting instructors to sword fight, at various SSP underground and above ground military facilities throughout Japan and the United States. In 1970 he was deployed far beyond this Solar System and served a “20 and back” (1970 – 1990) with a joint US Air Force and German (NAZI) Military SSP contingent commonaly known as Dark Fleet. Though, in that capacity, he engaged in numerous covert military operations, his primary function (his Specialty in the US Air Force) was dueling with swords. Cooper became a Niten Ichi-Ryu master (Japanese style sword fighter using two swords) and prevailed in numerous duels (tournaments and one on one challenges) throughout this galaxy and several other adjoining galaxies.

Beside the fact that Cooper was genetically engineered from Cossack (Jewish) stock by the Japanese geneticists that engineered him, he became the bane of his NAZI, US, and Draco, commanders because he often refused to follow their orders. Cooper's insubordinate and insolent demeanor towards his superiors not only endeared him to his brothers and sisters in arms but, it gained him real respect from the leaders of the worlds from where he bested their champions in mortal combat. Warrior cultures (extra-terrestrial) that do not permit non-combatants to enter their realms, would not even speak to a suck up though he/she to prevail in mortal combat against their best. All during his 20 and back stint with Dark Fleet, Cooper constantly criticized and demeaned his superiors for their intractable stance opposing the release of advanced technologies to the general population of Earth. He vowed, upon his return, to personally effect the release of those advanced technologies. To ensure the success of that vow, Cooper made packs with several of the more powerful and more technologically advanced Warrior cultures (more advanced than the Draco) to watch his back, which they did and continue to do. The US Air Force and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) was/is aware of the packs that Cooper made with these more advanced Warrior Cultures to protect him, and in morbid fear of those more advanced Warrior Cultures, wisely decided to release Cooper back to Earth in 1970, instead of executing him. The ICC/US/NAZIs/Draco are also afraid to execute Cooper today for speaking out against them for the very same reasons.

As with all super soldiers, at the end of their 20 and back stint in the US Military SSP, upon Cooper's return (honorable discharge) to Earth, in 1970, his memories of that period in his life were completely wiped (suppressed). Some memories of his 20 and back stint with Dark Fleet have been recently given (unsuppressed) back to him by those more advanced Warrior Cultures he made packs with, during his 20 and back stint. Imbibed with an overwhelming desire to release suppressed technologies, Cooper entered College (Mt. San Antonio Jr. College, Walnut, CA) in 1971 with a plan in mind to teach the Chinese how to defeat the US in business. He surmised that they (the Chinese), who had been denied a seat at the table (with the ICC), were they to become financially able, might just do that; release, or facilitate the release, of suppressed technologies to the public. In December 1985, Cooper graduated from the University of 2 Colorado, at Denver, with two four-year bachelor degrees; one in business (a Bachelor of Science) and the other in political science (a Bachelor of Arts). Knowing of Cooper's plan to teach China how to do business, Ike's people (now commonly known as the White Hats) arranged for him to lecture both, the Chinese Finance Minister and then (1985), Undersecretary of Defense, Xi Jinping. Xi Jinping is now President of China for life. Cooper's first question to China's Finance Minister was, “How many Central Committee Members, out of the 25, are in favor of doing business?” The Chinese Finance Minister responded, “I'm the only one.” As Cooper explains it; “Solving the problem of teaching China how to do business was more about convincing the Central Committee of China why they should do business.” The Chinese Finance Minister credited Cooper with the development of modern China in his Memoirs, which were publicly released throughout China, just after he passed.

The second phase in Cooper's sojourn to release suppressed technologies entailed the study and practice of engineering. He worked with Westinghouse Electric Company as an electronics technician from 1975 to 1977. He worked as an urban planner with various civil engineering companies from 1988 to 1994.

The third phase in Cooper's sojourn to release suppressed technologies entailed the study and practice of the law, which he did from 1994 to 2013. He attended law school for one year and then worked as a paralegal for various law firms, various non-profit organizations, and the US Central Intelligence Agency, during those years. As Cooper explains it, “Without legal power, you cannot prevent the theft of your inventions.” Cooper's forte in law was mandamus (suing government). He is well known, throughout the United States, for his unique ability to consistently prevail in such actions.

After all that preparation, in January of 2014, Cooper was finally able to focus on personally inventing and patenting “free energy” generators, motors, and engines. Since then, Cooper has filed six US patents for “free energy” generators, the latest of which was filed on December 9, 2018. Cooper describes his free energy generator patents as being for very low level “transitional” devices; transitioning from the current antiquated level to the advanced level that the SSP utilizes.

From 2014 to 2017, Cooper independently derived the four higher undamental forces of nature; the 5th through the 8th Forces. Both, the US National Security Agency and the US Central Intelligence Agency, credit Cooper for being the fifth human to have ever independently deriving the Sixth Force (anti-gravity energy). Nikola Tesla was the first of such humans to have done that. None of the others are still alive. Though, Cooper has independently derived all four of the higher fundamental forces of nature he is restricted to inventing with the first five; the 1st through the 5th Forces. This is because the US Military SSP will not allow anyone, outside the US Military SSP, to experiment with any of the three (the 6th the 7th or the 8th) higher fundamental forces of nature.
