Ok, where to start? About 5 years before Chris passed, 2011 we always wondered where that energy aka spirit went when we passed. We took a class about the paranormal and decided to try this out for ourselves. We live near a local cemetery which is in walking distance to our house. Packed with protective prayers and a digital recorder we were on our way. We had spent about an hour walking around and asking questions. Upon playback we were shocked to hear what we had captured. This to me was unbelievable, yet I had the proof. Simply amazing! It freaked Chris out, because he could audibly hear spirits talk to him. When he was very young he was told he was bi-polar. That’s what you did back then, take your child to a psychologist and except what they tell you and overdose you with pills. Except Chris would tell me things about family members whom he had never met, yet he knew things that I had never told him. Chris had that special gift. He got off the pills and started to deal with spirit voices, not always easy.
Chris was so empathetic towards people, always caring and helping. Chris had a landscaping business that he took very seriously. I worked with him quite often. He did a lot of heavy lifting with his job and ended up hurting his back, so badly, that he had two herniated disc’s. The doctor put him on strong opioids to help him deal with the pain. That unfortunately was the beginning of the end. After a good 2 years the doctor could not prescribe them anymore. He tried everything to help and unfortunately turned to heroin. Constantly trying to get off of it never worked. He suffered greatly. And that brings us to the morning of July 21st 2016. I went to wake him and saw that he was in his bathroom with the door locked. I panicked and somehow got the door open to only find him gone. I couldn’t comprehend what I was seeing. I held him and screamed to him, go through that light!!!!! I did not want him earthbound. Devastating. So the very cemetery that we investigated is now where his body rest. I visit him everyday and take 2 apples for the beautiful deer. We both loved to watch deer.
One year and 4 months after he passed I audibly heard him yell out PRETTY! That was his nickname name for me. Only happened once, but I am so grateful that I heard that. He is not suffering anymore, he is at peace.
