In early September 2010 Tolec learned that he's a representative, an emissary, of the Andromeda Council, an intergalactic, interstellar and interdimensional governance & development body of aligned, benevolent star systems & planets of sentient intelligent life for worlds in both the Milky Way & Andromeda galaxies. In deep space, this governance body is known by its ambassadors & diplomats as the: “Galactic Council ”. This group has twelve (12) senior star system members with Ambassadors from their respective home worlds, including representing an additional, approximately, 140 star systems and 300 planets.

During his early September 2010 contact experience – Tolec learned that his first conscious, fully awake contact as an adult, in early August 1993, was with the cosmic human he now knows today as the commander responsible for the primary Council biosphere and the other eleven (11) biospheres located in our solar system. In August 1993, Tolec and this interdimensional gentleman traveled back-in-time on three (3) loosely clustered together, but separate, time-travel trips, via a Council scout craft to the 1840s, to an area of rural Kentucky, or West Virginia, to observe a family of four (4) in their day-to-day life struggles. This trip for the both of them revealed much about the emotional nature of Earth humans of the perception of organic human life, and so called “death”, on this planet.

So that he could keep his private, personal family life ~ private ~ he was given the name “Tolec”, by his contacts with the Council. They've told him they've been in communication with him by various methods since age 5 with over 100+ physical contacts... and a myriad of many other higher dimensional experiences, including on-going 'knowing', semi-telepathic, visual, auditory & other methods of communication.

In his professional career, beginning 1982, he spent 17 years in the healthcare software industry, in senior management roles with the last two companies; a brief stint in venture capital and 12 subsequent years in international banking as a Managing Director & Director of International Bank Operations [and compliance], and as Senior Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a global, alternative, private, asset management firm.

Today, since September 2015, he organizes and produces “Transformational Shift Events”, conference & special events around the American West & Southwest. He's also produced two (2) in Forster & Tugun, Australia in October 2017. These events, as stated by his attendees, have been hailed as, “...profound, insightful, unforgettable, expansions in truth & transparency... deeply moving spiritual experiences.”

In early autumn of this year, 2020, Tolec will produce his 4th U.S conference of note: “Wopila. A Gathering of Spiritual Friends & Family.” This conference will address topics such as: what does it mean to be “awake”, "aware", "conscious" and "awakened", especially during this time of incredible, unprecedented transition of so many aspects of our global society, inclusive of how are each one of us acting, adjusting and treating each other, during this time of truly dramatic social, geopolitical, financial, cultural and planetary changes.
