Veronica Bartolini was in the SSP program as well as Montauk, Monarch, Project Saturn, Project Mannequin as a CIA assassin as well as in the Beta Project in the Sex Kitten Project (alter Lizza Manroe). She was also in Projects Kruger, Nacht Waffen, Shaw House, Crystal Gates (clone Myra), working with dolphin super soldiers, in the regrowth project, and protected portals. She was also in Project Stargate-1 also known as the Manroe Project, and Project Pegasus. She was also a part of Umbrella Corporation's Hulk Program which started at Black Shield known as the Blue Ranger. The Blue Ranger was designed as a cowboy prototype super soldier, but there was an explosion, mutations occurred, and the Incredible Hulk was a result. The project was then replicated on other super soldiers including James Ring's clone, Rob Richter and Veronica's clone by the name of Sheila the She Hulk.

While in the SSP, Veronica went by the name of SOEL, and served on missions (in Mars and the Moon; (Earth) to rescue children. Her spiritual name is Kumru and has Alpha Draconian DNA as well as Dolphin DNA augmented by the Grey ET's. She is an experiencer as well. She has had contact with the Tall Blacks, Tall Whites, Annunaki, and many more. Veronica's civilian life includes titles of former police officer, served in the U.S. Army Reserves during the Gulf War. She was in the SOG (Special Operation Group) as a trainer; B18. She was a realtor, and had her own business with Home Interiors, and Gift and Better Home and Gardens. She was also an agent for Primerica, specializing in securities and Insurances. She also holds certifications as a Behavioral Health Tech and Recovery Coach from trauma and substance abuse.

She had a Near Death Experience/Out of Body on 10-31-2010, where she was dead for 3 days. She had her awakening in 2/2017, and since then she has recovering her memories as a super soldier. She provides psychic readings, cleansings, healings, as well as dream interpretations. She is also a medium, can see the future, and is also a clear channel.
